Everyone loves Dolly Parton. Why shouldn’t there be a wine bar branded after her?
Dolly Wines Bar is opening in the Assembly Food Hall. Two distinct varieties, named after her are as follows:
Dolly’s Chardonnay – A vibrant pale lemon hue with flavors of white peach, sweet cream, and toasty oak. Reminiscent of a morning sun in the Smoky Mountains, it’s the perfect pairing for a Southern-inspired meal and a night full of stories and laughter.
Dolly’s Pinot Noir – With its silky texture and notes of blueberry pie, cherries, and a hint of vanilla, this wine is as smooth and balanced as one of Dolly’s love songs. Easy to sip, hard to forget.
Assembly Food Hall is one of the larger, more bustling food halls we at Tuned Up have been to. It’s a great place to grab a bite, listen to a writers in the round performance, or just people watch and soak up the ambience. It makes all the sense in the world for Dolly Wines Bar to set up shop there.
It’s located on the 2nd level of the food hall. Their hours are as follows: Monday – Thursday 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Friday – Saturday 10 am to 12 am, Sunday 10 am to 10pm.
